Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Company's Code of Discipline ("Code") has been constituted to set a standard of discipline and conduct expected from the directors, officers and employees in the performance of their respective obligations. Every director, officer and employee is expected to know, understand, and observe the provisions of this Code.

To ensure the effective implementation of the Code, the Company has developed compliance program covering adherence to the Code. This program includes appropriate trainings that aim to instill awareness in order to facilitate understanding, acceptance and compliance with the Code. Furthermore, the Company has adopted clear and stringent policies and procedures on curbing and penalizing violations of said Code.
