Starmalls Inc. owns, develops and operates Starmall, a chain of malls strategically posted throughout Mega Manila and in key cities of the country. It caters to young adults, professionals and families. To date, Starmalls Inc. owns and operates nine (9) malls – Starmall Las Piñas and Starmall Las Piñas Annex, Starmall EDSA–Shaw, Starmall Alabang, Starmall San Jose del Monte in Bulacan, Starmall Talisay in Cebu, Starmall PRIMA Taguig, Starmall PRIMA Daang Hari, Starmall PRIMA Sta. Rosa and Starmall PRIMA Bataan – for shopping, dining, recreation and entertainment.

Worldwide Corporate Center (WCC) has a gross floor area of 110,000sqm and boasts of the largest contiguous space in a single floor, able to accommodate the office requirements and business needs of well-established companies in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry such as Convergys, Sykes, Acquire Asia, Brady and Interglobe Technologies. The building likewise houses the headquarters of CNN Philippines, Solar Entertainment and Vista Land. This BPO monolith is a PEZA registered IT Building pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 1258 dated March 23, 2007 and the provisions of Republic Act No. 7961, as amended.
